Unfortunately, the steep access road posed a challenge, especially for those with mobility issues. Additionally, the accommodation felt quite cramped, making it hard to truly relax. Lastly, I was disappointed to find the hotel offered no transportation services from the airport, which added unexpected costs to our trip.

My stay at Hotel Flor De Bromelia was delightful, highlighted by the warm and attentive service from the owners, David and Betty. The breathtaking view of Monteverde truly took my breath away, and the homemade breakfasts featuring fresh local ingredients were simply the best I've experienced.

Couple's Delightful Escape

I gotta say, the view from our room was killer! waking up every morning to watch monkeys play just outside was surreal, made it so special. Also, Sophia was a gem, she made us feel at home and suggested some amazing excursions. The breakfast? Oh man, freshly made every morning and the menu changed daily, just like a dream.

It wasn't exactly cheap though still pretty acceptable for what we got.
